Steve is an experienced Realtor at Maxim Premier Realty focused on building relationships by empowering clients while prioritizing their affairs of selling or buying properties. He works with clients in both the Residential and Commercial market space demonstrating knowledge and experience in both straight forward and very complicated deals.
Steve understands that although some Real Estate transactions might start off or appear routinely simple, they can possibly get very complicated, very fast. However, being an awesome people person as well as an experienced Realtor, he’s able to transact business seamlessly while easing client frustrations by working with both sides (Sellers and Buyers) to resolve concerns and bring the deal to the closing table. All, while in the pursuit of achieving clients’ goals using his own extraordinary style of business through experience.
Prior to becoming a Realtor and after earning his Bachelors of Science in Network Communication Management, Steve worked in the technology sector where he gained experience in various corporate environments working within Market Data News, Banks, Hospitals, Law Firms, ISPs and Co-Location DR sites to name a few. He interfaced with internal and external departments while at various companies and developed a grasp of many fundamental principles in technology as well as operations.
